As long as you’re this fat no one actually gives a fuck if you eat. You know you’re just making yourself think that so you can stuff your pig face. You’re such a wanna-be-rexie honestly. It is pathetic that it has taken you THIS long to lose so little. Yeah yeah yeah “slow progress is still progress” and FAT is still FAT. You could be 10, 15, 20 POUNDS lighter than you were last time you came crying with all your excuses. But no… you’re still fat, sad, and pathetic. If you go 1 week without making an excuse to eat you will see how much better off you are. I bet you would drop 5-10 lbs depending on how fat you are right now. Think about that for a moment… all you have to do is stop making your silly little excuses. Literally nothing is stopping you. The only one forcing food down your throat is you.

3 months
It takes 3 months to make a drastic change to your appearance. By September you can be at your goal weight. By October you can dress in that Halloween costume you were waiting to wear until you lost the weight. By November you can wear big sweaters and cute socks and look ADORABLE. By December you can actually enjoy the holidays and not be concerned about that extra fat you used to carry around. By January, you can cross out “lose weight” from your New Year’s resolution because you were disciplined enough to get to your goal weight a long time ago. Just imagine where you could be if you just stick to your plans for the next 3 months.

It’s not worth it

You’ll feel depressed and worthless and not valid of an ed

The mirror will be even worse
Somehow you’ll feel you’ve disappointed others more than usual

Coming from me, who just binged probably 5000+ cal in a day and will probably be sick in the night, for future me
Binging, especially after starving, is also very bad for your body.
